Halloween Scrapbook Layout

Hello There :-)

As of tonight I picked back up scrapbooking :-) I made a page for my daughter for her Halloween page, she is to old to be going out getting candy so she just dresses up for Halloween for school I haven't gotten her picture printed up yet to put on her page but I will do it soon :-) This is a 12x12 page

She dressed up as a black cat so this black cat made me think of her when she dressed up so it fit right for the page!

I cut the 2012 from Cherry Limeade and for the other's I cut from Create a Critter 2

My Craft-room Picutre over load

Hello There :-)

Well I guess it's time to take that next step and share my craft room, this room used to be my step-sons room but he has already moved out so I took over, it works for me but hubby & I will be making some new changes starting next year I will post picture's as we go with that :-) Hubby moved his laptop in here so when I'm crafting he sometimes comes in and hangs out with me on his computer so he gets a small part of my room..lol

The desk his laptop is on used to be in my daughters room but it's working out for him just now until we get him a new one or make him a new table..lol but here is with the picture's of my craft room as of now took these picture's today.

I painted my chair and added the black stuff to it and made me some covers as well but I'm going to make some news to since these are starting to come apart and I made the window covers as well.

Standing by hubbys chair this is the left side wall, I keep my paper in the white box with the 3-draws the printer sits on top and some picture's my daughter has painted me that I hung up with a card she made me as well. (That lamp I redid and had it in my daughters room but she no longer wanted so I took it) my sewing is on the floor under the pink cover.

Looking at my table this is where I blog & craft at but we are going to make me a *L* type table so I can have more room to work and I made that frame hanging up I put the doll's my daughter made me on there.

The table that holds my Cricut & Sizzix but I do plan to repaint it I don't like that green..lol

Let it snow card

Hello There :-)

I'm back with a new card :-) don't you just love it..just kidding you :-) but as I was cleaning out some of my scrap booking paper I came up on this snowmen paper (hard to see it) and a snow-woman came to my mind and then as I was looking in my stamps I found (Let it snow) so it clicked I'm going to make a snow card I'm going to use it as a Christmas card as well :-)

So here is the card I came up with -

Card I made before I knew about Cricut

Hello There :-)

As I was cleaning/moving my craft room around I came up on a card I had made before I even knew anything about Cricut or any of the new high type stuff today that is out on the market..I found few more as well but I throw them out because they wasn't anything to look at since this one I think is really good that I done without using all the new stuff I have..lol

And as I was cleaning I found somethings I don't even know why I even gotten them for so they will be going on eBay this weekend :-) I can't stand having stuff sitting around that is not being used for any reason..lol

Next year hubby & I are going to put up me some new shelf's and make me a new table and clean out the closet that I'm going to make my sewing room (I'm not much a big sewer so if I have a little place for my sewing then I will be happy..lol)

So on to the card I was talking about!

Santa's Little Helper Christmas card

Hello There :-)

I started working on my Christmas card's last night I'm always trying to get a head start on thing's so in case something comes up where I wouldn't be able to make them :-) this is just the first one of many I'm going to be working on..lol but right now I'm at a hold because I'm out of red paper :-( so that means I need to make a trip to get more paper :-) who don't like shopping?!?

It's YOUR day Card

Hello There :-)

I started working on birthday card's for next year's so I made this one for my niece to me I think it's missing something but just don't know what yet..lol I don't own a Gypsy (yet but home to get one for Christmas) so I just cut out to sheets of scrap booking paper and put holes and tie floss on it to hold it and so far it has been holding..lol

Just had to share this picture of my daughter's work....I made 2-smaller dolls and she colored them and said it was her & I she is only 11 soon to be 12

Now on to my card I made

I used *Once upon a princess* to cut out the girl and her clothes I used *Just Because card's* to make the card base

Clear Stamps Binder

Hello There :-)

I don't know about you all but I sometimes forget what type of stamps I have :-/ so tonight I had a 3-ring binder I put to use *until I find something more better to use* I gotten all my clear stamps out and put them in the card type holder in this 3-ring binder and then I typed/printed up what was what and put them in the pocket's and then I put them like holiday/says and so on but now I think I need a bigger 3-ring binder but until the mean time this will have to work for me since now I can see what I have and they will get used alot more..lol so here is some picture's.

If you would like to share how you store your clear stamps feel free to added them to my blog in I would like to see them! I'm always up for new and better idea's..

Fall or Thanksgiving Card

Hello There :-)

Well, since it's after mid-night :-) my daughter & I started I mean we tryed to start working on a Thanksgiving stuff for our front door but when we talked about what we wanted to do I didn't have the color's we need of scrapbooking paper so that got put to the side until later date :-) so I made a card why she went on doing her own thing..lol (kid's for you) but you have to love them :-)

So I came up with a card that can be used for a Fall or Thanksgiving card. So here is what I came up with!



The thing's I used to make this card -

1. My Cricut

2. Scrapbooking paper

3. ATG Gun

4. Create a Critter 2

5. Pop Dots

6. Zig Markers

7. White Gel Pen

8.Glitter Glue

9. Eyes

I put the squirrel at 4 3/4" inches and the tree at 4"inches I put glitter on my leaves. I cut the leaves off of a bigger tree I had cut out just cut them off and glued them on like the leaves are falling.

Cricut Cartridge Book

Hello There ;-)

Wow! I didn't know there was over 400-something cricut cartridge that is ALOT more then I even own, I just have 17 since I'm still starting out..lol more less getting more in to it. But I have asked on the Cricut message board's to see if anyone knew of where I could find all the list of all the cartridge and there was alot so that would be way to much printing for me so what I'm doing is making myself a book ;-)

I started out printing up a list of all my cartridge and put the serial number and maker if they are a light or not so I can keep a list of what I have and next I'm going to be going through the list of the one's I don't have and like to have so I can keep them in my book so I can share with the one's that ask what type of gift you like or want then I can just hand them the list..lol

I'm even going to make a list off all my Punch's as well but that is on a other note at a later time..lol

So here is a picture of my page it's not a good picture but a you get the idea.

If you have a book that you keep a list in feel free to share it I love looking for new idea's on how to keep track of everything...

Thinking of You card

Two card's in one day?!? Now that means I'm on a roll..lol not really it's just been raining off and on here today so I'm taking the day to get most of my birthday & any type of card's done..lol So I'm back with one more to share this one was easy to do and would put a smile on any one's face.

Happy Birthday Card

Hello There ;-)

Well, I gotten 2-card's done that I need to get done this weekend *YAY* for me..lol this card it's just a simple birthday card for a boy and I have it opening the wrong way *Thanks to my daughter* for talking to me why I was trying to put it all together *grrr*but I don't think the little boy will care how it opens I just hope not anyways so on to the card I came up with...

4. Zig Memory System (Green & Pure Orange)
5. Snake cut at 6"inches and the words cut at 3"inches
6. You can find the snake on page 30 with the word's as well.

Happy Birthday Card

Hello There ;-)

As I have been looking for idea's for my soon to be 12 year old daughters birthday card I just happen to come up on this card *Happy Birthday* I'm not going to say it was my idea I just can't lie like that..lol (so just click on the *Happy Birthday* and it will take you right to the link where I gotten this idea at :-)

Dust Cover to Clip Board

Hello There ;-)

I have been looking for awhile now how to make a dust cover for my Sizzix Texture Boutique and I just haven't found anything how to make them so I put my mind to working trying to find out how and I learn how to do it and it's so easy to do and I'm new at sewing :-) so it may not be the best but hey less it does the job good..lol

I even sewed on a button and a piece of ribbon to make it like a little closer at the top and after I got to look at it I sewed the ribbon and button on the wrong side oh well it sill works for what I want it for..lol to me it looks like a little shirt..lol but it's still cute!

And I even made myself a bigger pin holder so when I'm sewing I can just pull my pin's out and place them in this pin holder just something I made

I had this photo frame just laying around and I didn't like the color so I painted it black and then I still didn't know what I wanted to do with it so it came to mind that I was going to make me a clip board where I can clip thing's on it and so I gotten some of my scrapbook paper our and ribbon and this is what I came up with now all I have to do is get me some small clothes pins to paint and then I will be set..lol

Just a little NOTE

Hello There ;-)

I haven't been doing much in the craft room :-( I just haven't been in the mood to do anything but I did try the other night to make few card's but just didn't workout I was getting mad upset because not anything was working like I wanted it do so I just gave up and walked away..lol

But I have been working on a floor plan for my craft room, see my 18 year old step-son moved out from our house so I took over his bedroom and I have been talking with hubby what I would like to do to make thing's more easy for me to see/find and what type of shelf's I want to get and we have talked about after the holiday's we will get started *YAY* I'm so ready/happy all in one and I can't wait to before/after picture's to post..

I have been looking for idea's for a pre-teens birthday card I have found few idea's but don't know just yet about them..lol yeah our baby girl will be 12 next month I'm NOT ready!

Shelf & Birthday Card!

Hello There ;-)

Well, I'm back today with few more thing's I have been working on ;-) I just love re-painting thing's to me they look all new all over and that is what I just like..lol

Here is a shelf my mom have giving me awhile back that it was gold as well that I didn't care for the color so I got out my black spray paint and gave it all a new make over..lol and I really don't have a place to put it in my scraproom so I hung I mean had hubby hang it for me last night and I put up some things my daughter had laying around on the shelf and I think it looks really cute in there :-) hubby hung it over her small bathroom window and she don't know it yet she will be getting a bathroom make-over for her birthday..lol

So here is the shelf (didn't get a before picture always forget to)

And on to a card I made the other night for my sister for her birthday that is this month ;-)

I wanted to make her something sample since she is not really in to a ll the cute, loving stuff..lol so I got out my Create a Critter and came up with this bee and I printed from my computer on scrapbooking paper Buzzing by to say.... inside I stamped Happy Birthday and looking back on the card I wish I didn't put the blue dot's on it (I have learned) lol but I hope she likes it as I like making it..lol
